Keep the Holding Village Pool Safe & Fun This Summer

Holding Village Community Amenities | Holding Village PoolThe Holding Village pool is open and ready for summertime fun! To keep the fun going, though, we depend on our residents and their guests to follow a few rules. A few we’d like to highlight:

  • The pool is open daily from dawn to dusk through October 6, 2019.
  • The Holding Village pool is considered “swim at your own risk”, meaning there is no lifeguard on duty.
  • The pool is meant for Holding Village residents and their guests only. Residents are responsible for the actions of their guests, which includes making sure they follow all of the pool rules. There is a maximum of three guests per homeowner at a time.
  • Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult (someone over the age of 16). In addition, children who are not potty trained are required to wear training pants with snug-fitting rubber pants or a swim diaper. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in the pool area.
  • Since broken glass can cause the pool to be closed for up to a week, glass is also not allowed in the pool area.
  • No diving or entering the pool head-first.

As with all entities that have rules to be followed, we’re not aiming to be party poopers; we just want to make sure everyone stays safe! For a full list of rules, please click here.

And don’t despair if the pool isn’t your thing. Holding Village offers other fantastic outdoor neighborhood amenities that make summer living here a blast! These include a playground and fire pit that overlooks the beautiful 13-acre Holding Lake, over 35 acres of open green space, miles of nature-based walking trails, community parks designed for relaxing and feeling at ease, as well as a multi-purpose open space that just calls for tossing a ball or a frisbee with friends.
