The master-planned residential community has since sold over 140 home sites and has kicked off its second phase, which consists of 128 home sites.

Holding Village features homes ranging from the $375’s - $500’s.
5Will the builders offer master down house plans?
Yes, all builders offer floor plans that feature downstairs master bedrooms.
6Will there be senior housing options available?
The first phase of Holding Village does not include senior housing. Huntington Springs is a senior housing facility at 1887 N. Franklin Street, directly across from Holding Village.
